Change
January 21, 2012
Its Saturday and I need to go pick up some art work for a show I am hanging on Wednesday. It’s snowing. Yes an obstacle to the carefully organized plan to accomplish all i must – on a Saturday. I sit in my window seat thinking of extra measures I must take to protect the artists work and it occurs to me that the world is beautiful under a fresh blanket of snow. Clean and untouched. The “clutter” of the patio furniture that remains is now concealed – changed.
Nature provides us with such beauty when she changes and occasionally such fury. It occurs to me that when we live in unorganized worlds it is our own nature that is causing our own fury.
Cleanse your world with the quite change of snow. Uncover why the fury has landed you with this pile of stuff that you have and begin with gentle determination to cleanse your space. Start with the space between your ears and wrap yourself in a blanket of beauty like the freshly fallen snow.
Choose to change that which overwhelms you – beautiful is just a little bit of energy away.
